Plainly: SlyOS is provided as-is. You bring your own Anthropic key and are responsible for your usage, your costs, and for following the rules of any platform you automate.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using SlyOS you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

SlyOS is proprietary software provided to you for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law or by a separate written agreement with Belto. All rights reserved.

3. Your API key and costs

SlyOS requires your own Anthropic API key. You are solely responsible for that key, for keeping it secure, and for any charges Anthropic bills to your account from your use of the app. Belto does not provide the AI service and does not cover its costs.

4. Acceptable use & third-party platforms

SlyOS can read notifications and send messages, replies, and posts on your behalf. You are responsible for everything sent from your accounts, including automated replies. Automating or messaging through services like WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, or your carrier may be restricted by those services' terms; you are responsible for complying with them and you assume any risk (including account limits or bans). Do not use SlyOS to harass, deceive unlawfully, spam, or break any law or third-party agreement.

5. No professional advice

Output from SlyOS (including drafts, summaries, research, and suggestions) may be inaccurate and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Review anything important before relying on or sending it.

6. As-is; no warranty

SlyOS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that updates will be provided.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, API charges, or messages sent on your behalf, arising from your use of SlyOS. The app is a research preview.

8. Availability

SlyOS is distributed for Android only, by sideloaded download. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time, and we are not obligated to provide support or updates.
